Three imperfect bodies decide to overcome their limits by experimenting with dance
At a time of social change, fear, and uncertainty about the future, three inexperienced, imperfect bodies with limited mobility, decide to reinvent themselves, play like children, and experiment with dance —a completely new language for them. They are three adults, trying to overcome their limits and exploring their possibilities. In a society that imposes what is suitable for each age, is it possible to learn to dance at the age of 50? A show of reflection on one's own limitations, of discovery of unconventional beauty, and of search for illusions.

About the company
La Baldufa was born in Lleida in 1996, with the aim of creating ideologically committed shows with values such as solidarity, tolerance and respect; social, political and reflexive theatre. The company has toured around the state and internationally and has numerous recognitions. In 2020, La Baldufas was awarded by the Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte with the National Prize of Artes Escénicas para la Infancia y la Juventud for the "conception of the spectator as a human being capable, critical and reflective whatever its age" and the ability to create a variety "of great visual poetic" universes.
