The AADPC presents two key initiatives from the Theatre Promotion Plan focused on professionalization and supporting creative processes. On one hand, it will address the code of good practices for artistic residencies in the performing arts, developed in collaboration with Xarxaprod and TTP. On the other hand, it will outline the training actions and mentorship program designed to enhance the professional development of artists.The session will feature the participation of Ester Bartomeu, Daniela De Vecci, and Kike Bela. The event will include a Q&A session with the audience.
