Beautiful proposal of visual poetry which combines sand, puppets and live music
'Jojo' is the stroy of the first orangutan who was rescued from his captivity and which marked the beginning of the international project Animal Rescue, an NGO working to save animals from this suffering, promoting their rehabilitation and return to their natural habitat. Through visual poetry and music, this work of puppets reflects on the ecosystem and its fragile balance.

About the company
Young Catalan company based in Mataró (Barcelona) which is operating actively since 2012. Founded by the multidisciplinary artist Borja González, accompanied by the composer and pianist Roc Sala and with Joaquim Aragó in charge of production. Art made with sand is the main basis of the shows developed by the Ytuquepintas Company; drawings made on a hand crafted light table are projected live on a big screen. These images are accompanied by live music, large format puppets and speed painting, telling beautiful and poetical stories.
