Your accommodation pre-booking has been received successfully

In a few moments, you will receive an email with the proof of the request.

The allocation of accommodation will be made based on preference, availability, and entity profile criteria.

Once the allocation is done, you will receive a proforma invoice from the hotel that must be paid by bank transfer or card at the establishment within a maximum period of seven days from the reception. If the amount is not paid after seven days, the reservation will be released and offered to another professional.

In case there are no available rooms in any of the chosen options, we will contact you to try to find a solution.
