A dance and circus piece that makes both plants and ideas flourish
Play, dance, grow. Sow, wait, imagine. With a pot, a little soil, a small seed and a little water, a journey begins that awakens curiosity. Then all that remains is to wait for the first leaves to emerge. For Sara and Pierre, waiting is a game of patience.
Semilla is a dance, circus and theatre piece that explores movement and creativity, and that makes both plants and ideas bloom: unexpected, delicate and full of life. Getting bored and getting carried away... What will come out? How will it be? Searching, moving, discovering, creating...

Meet the company
The Compagnie Tea Tree was born from the meeting between Sara Olmo, dancer and choreographer, and Pierre Viatour, actor and circus acrobat of the hand-to-hand technique. Dance and circus are their languages, and the body, their tool for sowing seeds, feeding the imagination and spreading inspiration. Tea Tree refers to the tea tree, which the company claims as an essential symbol for life on earth, just as art and culture are also fundamental for the development of the human being.
