1- How much time do I have to fill out the form?

You will be able to fill out the form until August 20th, 2025. From this date, the link will be disabled and you will no longer be able to access it.

2- Do I have to fill out the form once?

No, you can fill out the form in different phases (as you get the information) until August 20th, 2025. This will allow you to update the form if necessary.

3- Which fields are required?

All the fields are required because they help us to evaluate your show correctly. In case there is any of them for which you do not have information yet (for example in the case of premieres), you can explain it in last field 'Observations'.

4- How do I notify that the show hasn't premiered yet, if I still don't have any scheduled premiere date? (or I would like to premiere it during Mostra)

Put the date, even if it is provisional or not closed, in the 'Premiere date or expected premiere date' field.
Write the fair, festival or equipment where you would like to premiere the show in the field 'Fair, festival or equipment premiered or expected to be premiered'.

5- Once the form is filled out, how do I know that the information has been sent correctly?

After clicking the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page, the page will reload again. If when doing so you see the information that you have just updated, it means that the form has been saved correctly.
You can also open the link in a new window, and check that all the information you just entered is included.

6- How can I delete or replace a document that I just uploaded?

If you want to delete one of the documents you have uploaded, because you made a mistake or you want to update it, upload the new version or document, and send us an email to companyies@mostraigualada.cat with the name of the file you want to delete and we will do it manually.

7- When are the shows evaluated? When will I know if my show has been selected or not?

The artistic commission will begin to evaluate the shows once it has all the information. The selection process will be completed between October and November and, then, all the companies will be informed by email whether or not they have been selected.

8- I have the entire video of my show, but I prefer that you come and see it live. Do I need to upload it?

Yes, the full video of the show is mandatory notwithstanding that the artistic commission has been or is planning to go to see the show.

9- How can I invite you to see a performance or rehearsal?

To inform us of upcoming performances, once you have pre-registered and completed the registration form, you will receive a link to a form to add this information. This will make it easier for the artistic committee to organise their agenda.

10- I have already completed the entire form and I do not plan to upload more information

Select 'I have completed all the information' box. In this way, the artistic commission will know that it can already begin to assess the show. In any case, the form will remain open until August 20th, in case you want to upload more documents, you want to notify new performance dates, or you want to complement any other information.

11- After reading this, I have more doubts. How can I get in touch with you??
