Accommodation for professionals
To cope with the high demand for accommodation during the Fair, and the city's limited hotel capacity, Mostra Igualada has reached an agreement with the nearest hotels to be able to directly manage accommodation requests during the days of the fair. In addition, this year we are once again adding the possibility for families from Igualada and the region to offer available rooms to companies and professionals at the Fair.
We remind you that Mostra Igualada does not cover the accommodation or per diem expenses of accredited professionals.

Accommodation in families
Accommodation in family rooms in Igualada and the region is free, but is subject to availability and particularities of each accommodation.
Procedure
Once the form is received, Mostra Igualada will assign the accommodation to the programming entity following criteria of preference, availability and profile of the entity.
Once the assignment is made, you will receive a proforma invoice from the hotel which must be paid by bank transfer or card at the establishment within a maximum period of seven days from the reception. If the amount has not been paid after seven days, the reservation will be released and offered to another professional.
In the event that there are no rooms available in any of the chosen options, we will contact you to try to find a solution.
Mostra Igualada will provide professionals staying at the Hotel Bruc and the Hotel Molí Blanc with a free transfer that will cover the journey between the hotel and Igualada.
